On April 19th, 2009, Hong Kong movie legend Jackie Chan told a Chinese audience that too much political freedom can lead to chaos "like in Taiwan". He also said ethnic chinese people are "born to be managed (and controlled)". Now he is not only known to be failing to control his penis and also his mouth.

There has been no violence inside the student group. Which contradicts with the report from China-owned media like TVBS-news and pro-China media like UDN-group.

Taiwan does exist.

Taiwan, as a state almost being a nation, is starting to vaporize from the international society due to the effort of Chinese government. As a citizen of this island, I have to restate this clear and loud: "We do exist."
No matter what Chinese government claimed, we still don't want to be part of the country of China right now. If China really want us join them, earn our hearts first.

That, was my thoughts about this news from the Associated Press:

Stephen Colbert++

I just re-review the entry at wikipedia about Stephen Colbert's entertaining performance at the 2006 white house correspondents association dinner. Now it's time to post my comments....

I watched the clips several days ago and thought it was a little bit over-rated. It's not as funny as he is in his show at comedy central. The punch-lines were somehow unnatural and he intended to deliver too much stuff. But I have to admit he is a brave comedian. And surely he did not cross the line. Although the performance is over-rated, I did enjoy some of the lampoons he delivered.
