Today I took 京成電鉄 (Keisei Electric Railway) from 成田空港 (Norita airport) to 日暮里 (Nippori) and JR 山手線 (Japan Railway Yamamote line) from Nippori to 池袋(Ikekuburo).

Comparing my experiences taking various railway systems, I found that 京成電鉄 is very close to 台灣鐵路局 (Taiwan Railway) based on the maintenance and the way they arrange the schedules. I do think these two systems need more management and upgrade.
